Wix Store Manager And Employee Experience

Job Description

As an Employee Experience Expert, you’ll work at our amazing concept shop called “Wix Whaaat” and interact with our employees in a variety of ways, such as:

• Provide assistance to our employees for a number of services including package deliveries, a variety of on-site services, coordinating beauty treatments, and a lot more
• Manage the shop by organizing products, contacting vendors, taking responsibility for inventory, working on the cash register, and rearranging displays
• Find new products, services, and ways to improve our employees’ day-to-day lives at the office and at home
• Be a friendly face employees can come to when they need to find or buy something
  
  

Qualifications:

• A service-oriented person with a passion for operations and at least 3 years experience in the world of service
• You’re a self-starter who likes to get creative with new ideas and projects – you’re not afraid to take initiative and run with it
• Keeping things organized is easy for you, and your time management skills are superb
• You get excited about getting things done and even while working on multiple tasks at a time, you still pay amazing attention to detail and follow through on everything
• You’re flexible, cooperative, and a team player who loves to help others
• You love to provide great service and personalized experiences for everyone
• You love to learn new skills and always come up with effective and creative solutions to make things better

Wix’s Site Operations team. We make sure Wix is always running smoothly and effectively. We live and breathe the Wix business and pride ourselves on always getting things done. We solve problems on the go, making sure that the details come together to propel Wix towards our vision – and we have fun doing it.

We’re looking for an experienced Employee Experience Expert for our one-of-a-kind store that was specially built for Wix employees. This is the place they go to shop for great (and much needed) products and enjoy various services. The shop is located in our main lobby at our new Wix campus. We strive to provide a personal feel when our employees come to visit the shop, and we’re always excited to come up with new concepts and services our employees need and want.
