Junior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead comprehensive project plans, overseeing and assessing project progress and timelines, and adapting schedules and plans as necessary to ensure timeline delivery.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates on project status to internal stakeholders and executive management.
• Engage in end-to-end implementation planning, encompassing project management, risk and issue management, communication strategies and organizational change initiatives.
• Participate in end-to-end implementation planning including project management, risk & issue management, communication, and business organizational change
• Utilize project management tools, such as Jira to streamline project workflows and enhance productivity.
• Collaborate closely with Group managers, Team leads, technical leads, and other management persons to ensure alignment and synergy across projects and teams.
  
  

• 2 years of hands-on experience as a technical project manager within the B2B SaaS industry or a comparable field.
• Proficiency in analyzing intricate data sets and leveraging findings to drive decision-making and strategic initiatives effectively.
• Track record of successfully implementing and optimizing processes to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using project management tools such as JIRA, or similar platforms; familiarity with Priority is a plus.
• Exceptional critical thinking abilities coupled with strong problem-solving skills, enabling effective resolution of complex challenges.
• Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments, maintaining composure and delivering results amidst challenging circumstances.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a knack for motivating and guiding project teams towards achieving shared objectives.
• Effective communication and negotiation prowess, facilitating seamless collaboration and conflict resolution.
• Experience in SQL - Advantage.
