JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our innovative Financial platform that will also be utilized by our esh Bank. You will lead, strategize, and oversee the planning and execution of new products E2E from ideation to execution. You will work with cross-functional teams to support and ensure the success of our product and keep them aligned with our product vision. You will gather business requirements and identify customer’s pain points to develop optimal, creative, and innovative solutions in the financial world.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full ownership of the product lifecycle, driving the short and long-term vision and development of our products
• Plan and own the product roadmap, and take it from vision to reality
• Work closely with engineering, design, legal, and regulatory teams to drive feature design, prioritization, and deployment
• Actively manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity, turning needs and ideas into operational systems and tools

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in product management and launching products in a rapidly changing environment
• Proven experience in launching a successful and high-quality product
• BSc degree in computer science or past experience as a software developer
• Experience in working on complex systems (no-code platforms are a major advantage)
• Experience in leading small, agile teams and scaling them
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew & English)
• Experience in the Fintech industry or financial products- Advantage!

• Launching B2B/B2B2C products from ideation to scale
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment using a data-driven and analytical approach
• Skilled in solving complex problems
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• Highly independent, process-driven, fast learner, with the ability to quickly identify and address strategic and operational needs
• Super creative thinker, with a strong eye for design and detail
• An avid listener who deep dives into the essence of what is being said, asked, or the problem to be solved
• Superb team player
