Do you have a background in organizational consulting, human resources, or organizational development and are familiar with the high-tech market, but are looking to do something a bit different?

Lirix is looking for a Head of Marketing and Sales!

Position Requirements:

- Background and experience in organizational consulting, human resources, or organizational development

- Good familiarity with the high-tech market

- High-level proficiency in English

- Excellent human relations and a love for people

- Efficient and assertive 

Responsibilities:

- Marketing: Manage social marketing, conferences, podcasts, and the website to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

- Pipeline Management: Oversee lead flow from initial inquiry through to project kickoff, including sales meetings, consultant selection, proposal creation, negotiation, deal closing, and handoff.

- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Full-time hybrid position (1 day a week in Tel Aviv, the rest is remote)

- Great working conditions

- Base wage + commission
