Director, Business Consulting

Location: Israel – remote

Innodata is seeking a Director of Business Consulting to utilize deep industry consulting expertise, analytics, and insights to empower our clients to optimize and thrive utilizing the latest in Generative AI technologies. This person will work closely with our most valued customers to create competitive advantages, define and execute their business strategies, and seize opportunities.As Director of Business Consulting, you will advise clients on data-driven workflow optimizations, operating model strategies, and workforce change to achieve their strategic, operational, and financial goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the consulting practice, including materials, guidelines, recruiting, training, thought leadership and community building
• Actively participate in new business development activities
• Work closely with clients to understand their strategies and business goals and how Generative AI can be leveraged to drive improved business outcomes
• Help clients achieve long-term success by developing practical roadmaps that enable them to deliver their strategy, manage change, transform and monitor processes, and resolve issues
• Develop relationships with clients to maintain Innodata’s profile as a long-term trusted advisor, partner, and thought leader
• Structure complex client engagements, including project definitions, scoping solutions, and pricing
• Manage and deliver key engagements in accordance with established budget, workplans, and quality standards
• Coordinate and drive customer, vendor, market analyst, and client interviews
• Perform financial analysis and business case development
• Monitor financial performance of engagements
• Develop and expand conceptual solution frameworks and analytical approaches
• Develop and present solutions and recommendations
• Guide, mentor, and grow an expanding team of business consultants
• Other duties as required

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10+ years of experience in operational strategy with specific experience in one or more areas: enterprise operating model, functional operating model strategy, strategic cost reduction, process improvement, organizational design
• A minimum of 8+ years of experience at a consulting firm
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in driving insights using statistics or data analysis using quantitative skills and analytical thinking
• Prior experience in digital transformation, generative AI, machine learning, and agile methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate cross-functionally with teams and leaders from various backgrounds

Travel:

You will travel as necessary, international, and domestic, to support existing and prospective clients.
