Responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines, prioritize features, and coordinate tasks to ensure timely and successful product launches.
• Lead the end-to-end product development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and innovative social experiences.
• Collaborate with third-party development studios to ensure they deliver high-quality work that meets our standards and timelines.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for gaming titles, considering market trends, player feedback, and business goals.
• Ensure that the games align with the overall brand strategy and vision of the company.
• Stay genuinely passionate about social networks, keeping up with the latest trends, communities, and cultural movements
• Explore and evaluate emerging technologies for potential integration into gaming products.
• Utilize data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions for optimizing game and platform features and user engagement.
• Establish seamless integration of APIs, SDKs, and other technical components. Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize product performance.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a product manager/owner in mobile products - a must.
• Experience as product manager/owner in a B2C product - a must.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact products.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management skills - organized, self-sufficient & self-motivated, goal-oriented.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate and resolve challenges
• Experience in leading end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch.
• Passionate about creating exceptional user experiences. Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Possess technical expertise and knowledge in creating specifications for SDKs, APIs, and back-office tools.
• Good team player, positive attitude, and someone we'd love to have on a camping trip :)
• Strong passion for social platforms and/or mobile games.

Bonus Points

• Experience as a Product Manager in a social platform or B2C consumer-focused tech company.
• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager in a gaming or entertainment product company.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and user behavior (savvy Tiktok user)
• Experience in publishing and developing mobile games
• Background in working with startup companies
• Experience in GenAI and Machine learning
