Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the development team
• Engage in hands-on development tasks alongside the team
• Collaborate with product owners to define and design server-side solutions
• Oversee task completion via Monday.com
• Ensure smooth operations and contribute to the company's growth

Technical Requirements:

Must Have:

• NestJS
• TypeScript
• Docker
• GitHub Actions CI/CD
• Cypress
• Prisma ORM
• PostgreSQL

Good to Have:

• React
• Ubuntu Linux
• Python (ETL libraries such as pandas, matplotlib, SQLAlchemy, seaborn, etc.)
• Kubernetes (K8S)
• DigitalOcean cloud services
• DNS services

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading and managing development teams
• High technical proficiency in the listed must-have skills
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and company operations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
