Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Reservation Center Manager, located in Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Reservation Center Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing reservations, ensuring excellent customer service, effective communication, sales activities, and training of staff.

Qualifications

• Skills in Reservations, Customer Service, and Communication
• Experience in Sales and Training
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Prior experience working in a call center (in the hotel field - an advantage).
• Experience in supporting systems such as: telephony system, order management system and CRM.
