Clinical Trial Operations Student

Job Description

Under the oversight of the line-manager, this role is responsible for trial and site administration and involves preparing, collating, distributing, and archiving clinical documents.

The role will collaborate at local level with GCTO team.

Duration – until the degree graduation and no longer than 2 years

Responsibilities

• Track (e.g., essential documents) and report (e.g., Safety Reports)
• Ensure collation and distribution of study tools and documents.
• Prepare documents and correspondence. Collate, distribute/ship, and archive clinical documents, e.g., eTMF.
• Prepare Investigator trial file binders.
• Support preparation of submission package for IRB/ERC and support regulatory agencies submissions.
• Support to study team in start-up, ongoing and close out activities

B.Sc./M.Sc. Student in the faculty of Medicine/Life Science
