Overview:

As the Head of Product Management, you will play a crucial role in leading our product management teams to success. Reporting directly to the VP of Products, you will oversee the execution of product strategies to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a group of product managers, providing guidance and support in setting goals, prioritizing tasks, and resolving challenges.
• Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, advocating for the needs and preferences of our target audience.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.
• Drive the development of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track products performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional team leads, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to align product development efforts with company objectives.
• Work closely with stakeholders, ensuring the products meet the business needs and expectations.
• Communicate product updates, milestones, and priorities to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
• 12 years of experience in product management, with 5 years in a Product management leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading product teams and delivering innovative products to market.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile and Lean principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Creative problem-solver with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
