UX/UI Team Lead - Wix Restaurants

Job Description

• Lead the Restaurants UX team, making an impact on team success and the product direction. Help your team reach their full potential, linking UX guild methodology and day-to-day company values
• Spend time doing hands-on design, learning and using the UX Guild’s tools and framework
• Work closely with company management, PMs, developers, analysts, and more to create the best UX to serve users’ needs
• Impact Wix’s main KPIs by influencing users’ conversion rate, engagement and satisfaction
• Learn from and share knowledge with 40+ other guild leaders throughout Wix
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in UX+UI, working in collaboration with other UX designers, PMs and across multiple teams
• Hands-on experience with Figma, research and other UX tools used in the guild
• Leadership and management skills, high levels of proactivity, accountability, maturity, flexibility, and dedication
• A team player with effective collaboration and communication skills. A people person, that’s fun to work and eat lunch with
• Strategic thinker, able to think holistically about the user experience and contribute to the overall product vision and roadmap
