Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Be'eri Print in Beeri. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing software development, project management, IT strategy, architecture, and product development. The CTO will be in charge of leading the technology department, setting the technology vision, and ensuring the alignment of technology initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management
• Strong IT Strategy and Architecture background
• Ability to lead and manage technology teams
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the printing or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
