About the role

Security and access control are at the heart Factify’s transformative vision. As our SecOps lead you will be responsible for design and implementation of storage, application and client security and access control. You will play a key role in the design of a scalable cloud architecture that will power Factify’s secure, fast, and always-available enterprise document APIs. You will design and implement our revolutionary, software-defined, multi-user, document access provision system that will support document applications running at civilizational scale.

About the role

As our SecOps lead you will be responsible for design and implementation of storage, application and client security and access control. You will play a key role in the design of a scalable cloud architecture that will power Factify’s secure, fast, and always-available enterprise document APIs. You will design and implement our revolutionary, software-defined, multi-user, document access provision system that will support document applications running at civilizational scale.

You will...

1. Design and implement secure scalable systems that keeps our platform running smoothly.
2. Build Tooling to enable developers to automate, configure and deploy more efficiently in a microservice based architecture.
3. Undertake continuous security monitoring, review and improvement across all Cloud infrastructure.
4. Incorporate security throughout the delivery pipeline.
5. Be responsible for compliance with various compliance standards and regulations (e.g. SOC II, GDPR…)

You have...

• A brilliant mind, top-notch technical expertise, and a fascination with grand challenges.
• Proven experience (≥ 5 years) with expertise in both devops and cloud security practices.
• Profound understanding of cloud security - including cloud infrastructure and application security.
• Deep and advanced knowledge of all major cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker, container automation, and Kubernetes cluster deployment.
• Proven track record deploying, running, and troubleshooting Docker containers in a production environment.
• Familiarity with security standards and regulations, such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and HIPAA.
• Knowledge of network and system security, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and encryption technologies.
• Total ownership, excellent problem-solving skills, and extreme attention to detail.
