About the role:

Managing the work of the board of directors and the communication between shareholders, the board, and management, working closely with the chairman of the board and the CEO, and maintaining ongoing interfaces with senior officials in the company. Responsible for implementing and instilling corporate governance principles and providing professional support. Administrative support for the board and its committees, including:

• Managing the company secretariat and its staff
• Maintaining ongoing communication with board members
• Organizing board meetings and committee meetings, including drafting decisions and monitoring their implementation
• Managing the interface with the Bank of Israel
• Overseeing corporate governance in the company and handling issues related to the tenure of directors and officeholders: qualifications, appointments, duties and rights, officeholder responsibilities, conflicts of interest, related party transactions, and associated persons
• Personal trust position, reporting to the CEO's Chief of Staff
• Temporary maternity leave replacement with the possibility of joining as a legal advisor in the company's secretariat

Requirements:

• Attorney with a bachelor's degree from a leading academic institution
• 2-3 years of experience as a lawyer
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including with senior officials
• Highly proficient in verbal and written communication
• Proactive and with a systemic view
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work in a dynamic and multi-interface environment
• Familiarity with banking regulation is an advantage
