Director of Artificial Intelligence

ActivesHR is looking for his client a Director of AI.

You’ll play a pivotal role by leading the Algorithms and AI group, which plays a critical role in our systems.

You’ll drive our technological advancements, by leading the development and implementation of our computer vision and deep learning solutions for their business.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Formulate and execute a comprehensive AI strategy, aligning algorithm development with business goals and objectives.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor a varied group of engineers and managers.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of computer vision and deep learning projects by overseeing project execution and managing resources effectively.
• Collaborate with other R&D directors and stakeholders to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into our product offerings.
• Lead and mentor the MLOPS group ensuring fast delivery of algo in production, balancing between cost scalability and performance.
• Responsible for evolution and revolution of data pipelines for algo, including the Data tagging and validation teams.

Requirement:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in director-level roles, leading algorithms and software engineers.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a team toward achieving ambitious targets.
• Proven background as a computer vision/deep learning engineer, with a track record of successfully delivering AI-based projects.
• M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• A strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset, capable of driving results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
