We are looking for an Administrative Export Coordinator

(Maternity Leave Replacement for approximately 10 months).

📍 Location: Full-time position at the company's site in Beit Kama (organized transportation is available from Be'er Sheva).

Job Description:

• Executing the company’s export shipments
• Coordinating shipments with the warehouse/logistics department
• Coordinating activities (price quotes and routes) with shipping companies
• Providing customer service and regular responses regarding orders and shipments
• Handling and monitoring control changes, temperature record monitoring
• Responsibility for updating procedures in the field of shipments
• Issuing purchase orders, receiving goods, tracking orders, and opening supplier accounts
• Administrative support for the VP's calendar

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree – an advantage
• Experience in import/export/international shipping – an advantage
• High-level English
