NPI Engineer

A global organization focused on revolutionizing cooling solutions for the data center industry. This dynamic and rapidly expanding startup company specializes in the development of innovative direct-on-chip cooling systems.

The company has developed a patented technology based on a non-conductive liquid that comes into direct contact with the processors in servers, significantly reducing the power consumption of data centers without risking the servers and processors.

Responsibilities

• Support R&D in multi-disciplinary projects, component sourcing, and engineering documents.

• Ongoing production support and maintenance.

• Creating new BOMs and product files

• Drive and manage ECO processes.

• Drive and manage NPI processes - Transfer new products from development to production.

• Serve as engineering focal point to the contract manufacturer.

• Solve problems in the production line, manufacturability, and product cost.

Qualifications

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering, or similar fields.

• 2 years' experience in transfer to production (T2P).

• Experience with SolidWorks, PDM, and Priority ERP.

• Team player and highly motivated.

• Excellent English skills: verbal, writing, and reading.

• Experience with manufacturing in HVAC industries – an advantage.

• Experience with vendor management – an advantage
