We are looking for DevOps specialist for the BizDev team will play a crucial role in guiding new customers through their initial cloud journey. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, customer service skills, and business acumen. The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud technologies and a passion for helping others understand and utilize cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Onboarding: Guide novice customers through the initial setup and configuration of their cloud environments, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any technical challenges.
• Education and Training: Develop and deliver training sessions, webinars, and workshops to educate customers on cloud fundamentals, best practices, and specific use cases relevant to their business needs.
• Technical Support: Provide hands-on technical assistance during the onboarding process, helping customers troubleshoot and resolve any issues they encounter.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new customers, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with customers to understand their business goals and design cloud solutions that meet their specific requirements.
• Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to identify potential opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional cloud services and solutions.
• Feedback Loop: Collect feedback from customers to identify common pain points and areas for improvement in our onboarding process and services.

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional services experience.
• Experience with working with cloud
• Experience with automating cloud native technologies, deploying applications, and provisioning infrastructure.
• Experience developing cloud native CI/CD workflows and tools, such as Jenkins, Code Pipeline (AWS), GitLab etc.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, using CloudFormation, Terraform, or other tools.
• Experience with containerized environments and microservices (K8s / ECS)
• Strong experience with Linux system administration.
• Customer facing and service oriented, with great verbal and written communications skills.
• Fast learner, passion to use new technologies and a people person.
• Security clearance - advantage
