We are looking for an experienced and dedicated financial controller to join our team. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is also a true team player with excellent communication skills.

About the job:

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records (including general ledger, journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable) and monthly financial statements including - P&L, BS, CF
• Prepare and maintain budget monitoring files on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Revenue recognition, costs, compensation processes, cost of revenue and accounting month-end close process, preparing journal entries and account reconciliations
• Work with external auditors during preparation of yearly audited financial & tax reports
• Monitor and audit payroll, and related reports including governmental & regulatory filings
• Ensuring compliance with all tax reporting requirements - including VAT, vendor tax withholding reports to authorities, income, sales, and employment taxes
• Monitor and conduct reconciliation of the company's bank account and credit card activities, and prepare cash management reports to ensure adequate cash flow

Candidate profile

• CPA with at least 2 years of experience in a control function
• Proven experience in a global, multi-currency company and intercompany relations
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, practices, and procedures
• Experience with “Hasahvshevet” – an advantage
• Strong Excel skills
• Good English, both written and verbal
• Must be organized, professional, with a keen eye for details
• Must be reliable and able to carry out tasks independently and in collaboration with other team members 
• A quick learner, ready to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
• An analytical, problem-solving attitude
• Knowledge of tax regulations and experience with tax preparation

Employment: flexible hours, part-time (50%)
