Role Description

• Lead and mentor a team of developers and administrators, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Drive the overall technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce development projects.
• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform and community, both on the frontend (Lightning Web Components, Visualforce) and backend (Apex, SOQL).
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the successful delivery of solutions that meet business needs.
• Align with security guidelines.
• Enforce coding standards and best practices to ensure the team delivers high-quality, maintainable code.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on both frontend and backend development.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience leading and managing development teams.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce technologies including Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulas.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and API development.
