Product Manager

A startup company in the Insurtech sector, operating in the C2B space with hundreds of thousands of users, is developing a platform for risk assessment and real-time assistance for travel insurance.

The company provides a digital wallet and an end-to-end service before purchase, during the trip, and afterward.

They have raised over $18 million from reputable VCs following Round A. The company has doubled in size this year, now comprising 60 people and continuing to grow.

Located in Tel Aviv, near a train line, and operate on a hybrid model of two days a week working from home.

Role Description:

• Reporting to the VP of Product
• Joining an existing team
• Leading the company's rapid growth
• Leading the development of features in the company's flagship C2B product, with an emphasis on mobile
• Involving both inbound and outbound stages

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Product Management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience - Must
• Proven track record in developing web products, mobile applications, and internal back-office systems.
• Experience with product data analytics tools such as MixPanel or Full Story.
• Familiarity with consumer products targeting the American market.
• Background in fintech or insuretech industries preferred.
• Proficiency in collaborative, agile processes with global cross-functional teams.
• Ability to coordinate with third-party integrators for feature releases.
• Demonstrated initiative and a bias for action.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to excel with minimal supervision.
