The People Comp & Ben Partner oversees the planning, design, implementation, and administration of all compensation and benefits programs and processes for the company. This hands-on position provides strategic support to the VP People and collaborates closely with finance and company leaders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Support:
- Provide strategic support to the VP People in the development and execution of HR initiatives.
- Lead headcount management processes in collaboration with executives, HRBP, and Finance.
- Monitor HR key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for progress and improvement.
- Run executive-level meetings, HR leadership weeklies, QBRs and offsites, company’s All Hands, including report analysis, presentations, and managed communications on behalf of the VP People.
Compensation:
- Manage compensation matters, including market analysis and incentive plan designs.
- Design, implement, and manage base, bonus, and merit pay programs.
- Analyze job data and recommend pay grade and compensation packages.
- Maintain competitive pay grades and participate in compensation and benefits surveys.
- Conduct internal and external market benchmarks to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Salary Administration:
- Manage the merit increase process and ensure compliance with salary and wage requests.
- Perform internal and external equity analysis and provide recommendations.
Payroll:
- Establish policies for accurate calculation of wages, deductions and expences report.
- Supervise payroll processing for employees and maintain relationships with HRBP and Finance.
- Lead process improvements and resolve complex payroll errors.
- Produce headcount, cost analysis, and other reports as needed.
Benefits:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including retirement plans, leave policies, PTO, wellness programs, and insurance.
- Oversee the design and implementation of annual wellness programs.
- Conduct company surveys to assess and improve employee benefits offerings.
- Manage global benefits processes and ensure consistency across regions.
Project Management:
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve HR processes and optimize organizational procedures.
- Manage the global HR budget.
- Collaborate with HRBP Regional Leaders, HR Centers of Excellence, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and integration of HR projects and processes.
- Manage employee lifecycle with respect to their onboarding and offboarding.
HRIS Automation:
- Direct management of the global HRIS & Operations and Knowledge Management team.
- Implement new HR systems, data optimization, live dashboards, and streamline onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, FP&A, and Legal.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience managing Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits, Wellness, HRIS).
- Strong ability to manage processes and lead projects effectively
- Fluent in English.
- Advanced MS Excel skills: complex formulas, macros, graphics – a must
