C# Team Lead

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a C#\SQL Team Leader with experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. You will play a pivotal role in managing and guiding a talented software team that works on mission-critical applications.

The roles and responsibilities would include 50% hands-on, designing and programming C# applications and converting requirements received from the product team to software designs.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Architecture, design, and programming in an enterprise n-tier application.

• Lead and guide a mixed team of senior and junior developers.
• Mentor the team
• Design and program C#\ ORACLE-based applications.
• Become a central part of our development groups, learning from and collaborating with strong engineers and product managers across the company.

Work and collaborate with world-leading media companies.

Experience in transforming requirements into software design.

COMPETENCIES

• 8+ years of proven experience in software development.
• 2 years of proven experience as a Team Leader

3-5Years of experience in C# or PL/SQL and SQL- a must

• Must have hands-on experience in Object-oriented programming concepts.
• Strong application design and implementation skills
• Strong communication skills and experience working with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and design solutions in a fast and demanding environment.

Ability to quickly master new technologies.

• Great interpersonal skills, and ability to understand and work with business teams.
• Team player, accountable, dedicated, and passionate
• Fluent in English – speaking, reading, and writing.
• Knowledge in Jira or other ALM tools – Advantage
• Good working experience in Scrum/Agile environment - Advantage
