We are looking for a top talent Controller to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the entire month-end close process.
• Maintain the general ledger and prepare monthly financial statements and other operational reports.
• Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and assess any changes necessary.
• Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with the VP of Finance; administer and review all financial plans and budgets; monitor progress and changes.
• Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting.
• Implement a robust financial management/ERP system.
• Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
• Work closely with bookkeepers in Israel and the US to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial and accounting data.
• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of post-Big Four accounting firm experience.
• Proven experience as a financial controller, accounting supervisor
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Experience with creating financial statements, general ledger functions, and the month-end/year-end close process.
• Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
• Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
