Responsibilities:

• A high-tech company in Jerusalem is looking for an IT manager.
• Full-time job in the IT department. This is an onsite position at the office in Jerusalem next to the train and bus stations.
• Leading a global IT team that maintains servers and equipment in Israel, New York, London and Tokyo.
• We are looking for a self-sufficient, goal-motivated person.
• Location of work in Jerusalem.
• Job available - Immediately.

Desired Skills & Must have Experience:

• Proven experience of at least 8 years as an IT person out of which 2 as IT managing a team of IT professionals.
• Experience in managing and maintaining an organization's computer infrastructure must-have requirements:
• Experience with Linux Operating System: installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Experience with Windows 10 & 11 OS management.
• Experience working with switches and routers, experience working in communication cabinets.
• Understanding of computer networks: LAN, WAN, VoIP, etc.
• Experience working with firewalls and VPNs.
• Experience in giving technical support, software installation, information systems and troubleshooting software and hardware problems.
• Independent self-managed working and solving problems capabilities.
• High level of English and Hebrew both written and verbal.

Advantage:

• Experience with Virtual Machines and Virtual Desktops (VMware).
• Experience with physical servers and remotely supporting them.
• Experience working with monitoring tools, and storage equipment.
