Delivery Manager

The role

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our professional and dynamic team, working in a fast-paced environment.

As part of this role, you will lead end-2-end delivery and project management for new features and products. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks, and clear communication with management and stakeholders. This role requires balancing strategic and operational demands, as well as excellent multi-tasking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

The day-to-day

• End-2-end delivery of SAAS projects. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks, and clear communication with project stakeholders. Balancing strategic and operational demands, as well as excellent multi-tasking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ensure communication and alignment regarding deliverables between stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
• Manage projects budget, planning and monitoring.
• Manage agile activities: sprint planning, management statuses, retrospectives.
• Identify project delivery challenges, gaps and missing processes and initiate supportive activities, tools and procedures.
• Balance between development requests and teams capacity, priorities and conflicts management.

Ideally, we’re looking for:

• At least 5 years of project/delivery management experience in the SAAS software industry, including working with remote teams.
• Bachelor’s in Industrial management, Computer Science, Technology, or another related field.
• A get things done, team player with a positive approach and ability to motivate indirect employees and business partners.
• Ability to control large scales of details and produce insights based on data analysis.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal – Must
• JIRA expert
