Your Mission 

As a key member of our development team, your mission is to design and implement a comprehensive design system from the ground up. You will play a pivotal role in developing the front end of our application, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and highly functional. 

You will deliver high-quality, well-structured code and ensure smooth production support as required. Collaboration is at the heart of our success, and you will work closely with product managers, system analysts, and design teams to create the best possible product. Your influence will be felt throughout every phase of the development process, from initial concept to final implementation. 

Your contributions will be critical in driving the evolution and success of our internal systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of functionality, reliability, and performance. 

Responsibilities

•       Design and implement back-office internal systems from scratch. 
•        Maintain a highly complex system that is the core of the internal infrastructure. 
•        Design and implement a design system from scratch. 
•        Design and implement RESTful APIs. 
•        Deliver high-quality, well-structured code. 
•        Provide production support as needed. 
•        Collaborate with product, system analysts, and design teams to deliver the best product. 
•        Participate in and influence every aspect of the development process. 
  

Qualifications

•       5+ years of experience in full-stack web development. 
•        5+ years of strong proficiency with the React framework. 
•        3+ years of experience with Node.js. 
•        Excellent skills in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. 
•        Experience with Storybook is an advantage. 
•        Experience with various databases such as MSSQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch. 
•        Proficient in browser troubleshooting and debugging practices and techniques. 
•        Self-motivated and capable of working independently. 
•        Team player with strong communication skills and a proactive approach. 
•        Strong technical background and problem-solving abilities. 
•        Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. 
•        Proficiency in Agile methodology.
