Beamup.ai is looking for a Head of Finance to join us!

Job Summary:

The Head of Finance will oversee all financial activities, provide strategic recommendations to the executive team, and manage the preparation of financial reports. This role includes operational responsibilities, ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of the company. The ideal candidate will have experience in startup environments, preparing fundraising materials, and producing monthly and quarterly financial reports to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine financial strategies to align with the company's strategic objectives.
• Oversee all finance responsibilities including accounting, financial reporting, tax, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, funding, and capital structure.
• Prepare and present quarterly financial board and investors reports and other financial documentation.
• Prepare ongoing monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Prepare fundraising materials and support the executive team in fundraising activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Manage relationships with external partners (bank, investors etc.).
• Manage and guide the accounting team
  
  

• Minimum 4 years of proven accounting experience in a startup company - A Must
• Demonstrated experience in preparing fundraising and board materials and managing investor relations - A Must
• CPA or equivalent professional certification
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of financial data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
