That is why we help enterprises collect and standardize data from hundreds of SaaS tools, cloud infrastructures, private networks, databases, and more, to gain continuous visibility into their Security Compliance posture.

Your Role

As our R&D Team Leader, you will spearhead a dedicated Integrations R&D team, collaborating closely with our Integrations Product Manager. Your mission is to drive the development and delivery of our extensive plugins offering, ensuring our customers can seamlessly navigate their tech landscape and meet their GRC objectives. You will lead the scale phase of our integration development cycle, addressing market demands, and managing hundreds of integration requests to keep our product robust and highly responsive.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Inspire: Mentor and guide a team of talented software engineers, fostering their growth and professional development.
• Innovate and Execute: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of over 150 integration plugins, utilizing 700+ unique data points.
• Collaborate and Align: Work closely with the Product Manager and other stakeholders to define project requirements, priorities, and timelines.
• Ensure Excellence: Uphold best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Drive Improvement: Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation and adaptation to new technologies.
• Integrate Seamlessly: Coordinate with other R&D teams to ensure cross-platform features function smoothly.
• Monitor and Optimize: Evaluate team performance, address challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Who You Are

• A seasoned software engineering professional with 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams in dynamic startup environments.
• Strong technical expertise in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and high-level programming languages (e.g., Python).
• Experienced in developing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions independently.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passionate about fostering a positive team culture and driving continuous improvement.
