Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a System on Chip Security Professional. As a System on Chip Security Professional, you will be responsible for developing cybersecurity solutions from the chip level (Secure Boot, Code Encryption, Secure Interfaces, etc.) through U-Boot, Kernel, all the way to the User Space on one or more SoCs and one or more embedded OSs. By reading through the SoC Technical Reference Manual (TRM), you will define and develop the cybersecurity solution. You will collaborate with other professionals and integrate the solution within the customer's embedded system, until its proper end-to-end operation with the Application and the DevSecOps ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience in Kernel & U-Boot 
• Experience in Secure Boot
• Experience in reading and executing upon Technical Reference Manuals (TRM) of System on Chip (SoC)
• Understanding of Cryptography
• Knowledge of BSP (and Board Bring-Up)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field
