Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lawyer at Dafna Shmuelevich & Co. Labor And Employment Law Office. The Lawyer will be responsible for handling labor and employment law cases, providing legal advice and counseling to clients, conducting legal research, drafting contracts and agreements, representing clients in court, and participating in negotiations. The Lawyer will also be involved in leading discussions on labor market issues and providing innovative solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Experience in handling labor and employment law cases (1-4 years)
• Ability to provide legal advice and counseling to clients
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in drafting contracts and agreements
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience representing clients in court proceedings
• Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bar Association membership and license to practice law

דרישות התפקיד:

• ניסיון קודם (ותק של 1-4 שנים) – עדיפות בתחום משפט העבודה;
• יכולת עבודה עצמאית ובצוותים;
• ניתוח משפטי וכתיבה ברמה גבוהה;
• שליטה בשפה האנגלית – יתרון.
