Technical Buyer

A stable insurance company is looking for a Technical Buyer.

Job Description:

- Managing relationships with suppliers

- Building good working relationships with internal customers to ensure high satisfaction while meeting procurement goals

- Collaboration with other units in the organization such as Finance, Legal, and Information Security to efficiently manage the supplier lifecycle and resolve procurement issues

- Negotiation of commercial terms and contractual documents such as MSA, SOW, etc.

- Leading RFI/RFP processes including preparation of comprehensive analysis and comparison reports

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in a technology procurement role

- Familiarity with tools and suppliers in the field of information technology and cybersecurity, familiarity with integrators and manufacturers

- Proficient in Excel (at the level of VLOOKUP + PivotTable) and PowerPoint

- High service orientation

- Familiarity with commercial/legal contracts in IT environments

- Bachelor's degree in Economics/Industrial Management - significant advantage
