Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Partners Management: Monitor and analyze partners' accounts, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Partner satisfaction and loyalty.
• Partner Verification and Support: Conduct thorough partner verification processes to ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies. Provide ongoing support to partners, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities for operational improvements within client management and partner support functions. Proactively address operational challenges and recommend solutions to optimize workflows.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to extract meaningful insights from client and partner-related data.

Requirements:

• Russian & English speaker- MUST!
• Establish partnership/ affiliation management and development background with proven experience building and maintaining relationships with partners/ affiliates OR previous experience with the Adtech industry.
• Strong technical background with a founded understanding of tracking platforms and the ability to quickly grasp/articulate new technical setups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented and strategic Thinker- able to pinpoint partnership opportunities and align management strategies with overall business objectives.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills- experience working collaboratively with cross-functional & remote teams.
