Windows System Administrator

We're looking for a System Administrator to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage virtual server environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective measures to ensure optimal functioning of the IT infrastructure.
• Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions to safeguard critical data.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems by applying best practices in system security and patch management.
• Provide second and third-level technical support to resolve complex issues and assist with IT-related projects and upgrades.

Requirements:

-4 years of experience in system administration.

-Proven experience in managing virtual server environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

-Experience with Active Directory and Exchange, including configuration and management.

-Proficiency in server management, system monitoring tools, backup solutions, and security protocols.

-Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure to resolve issues promptly.
