Logistics Operations manager at an e-commerce Brand

An international e-commerce brand needs a logistics operations manager with a technical and technological orientation

The role consists of:

• Inventory management using WMS
• Inventory planning and control including synchronization with the website
• Managing and monitoring of deliveries, receipts, packing and transfers
• Tracking orders, shipping, deliveries and solving logistical problems
• Working with the warehouse team
• Ability to work with suppliers abroad
• Working on various platforms
• Cost-Efficiency analysis and management
• Integrating communication between all relevant Company’s departments 
• Production and analysis of reports 
• Creating and updating specification documents for work processes

Requirements:

• Advanced Skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets - MUST!
• BA from a leading academic institution, in the fields of Economics, Industrial and Management Engineering, Logistics;
• Fluent in English;
• Previous experience working on E-Commerce platforms (such as Shopify or Magento) - an advantage.
