As the Merchandise Manager, you will manage the overall business of assigned categories through your partnership with retail planners and boutique Directors to meet the financial goals by maximizing business opportunities.
Job requirements:
Experience as a senior buyer/fashion merchandiser in the fashion industry
Deep understanding of the fashion market dynamics and trends
Excellent analytical skills, detail-oriented while seeing the big picture, and strong proficiency in Excel.
Proven track record in managing fashion assortment throughout the whole lifecycle: orders, replenishments, inventory leftovers
Experience working with fashion suppliers, including negotiation skills and building long-term relationships.
E-commerce knowledge is an advantage.
Cross-cultural communication skills.
Fluent English
