Information Technology Manager

We're seeking a talented IT Manager to join our team and shape the future of our technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage technologies and provide administrative assistance for various systems
• Spearhead and provide strategic direction for our IT division
• Manage activities of security (data, network, access, backup)
• Understand various IT troubleshooting and provide technical support
• Control and monitor data, network access and backup systems
• Negotiate and communicate with third-party software providers for new software's and troubleshooting
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures
• Champion a culture of information security within the organization.
• Oversee incident response processes for security breaches.
• Develop and implement robust security policies and procedures ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, CCPA, etc.)
• Lead the customer support team to improve satisfaction and retention.
• This role is hands-on, requiring active involvement in technical tasks and practical problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field
• 7+ years of experience in related field
• Experience leading and managing an IT team, responsible for IT infrastructure of a global company
• Experience with cloud infrastructure management.
• Experience in information technology space and solving various software and hardware problems
• Strong technical problem solving and communication skills
• Excellent English, both written and spoken
