Position Summary:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by effectively handling leads and closing deals through phone, chat, and email. Your primary focus will be to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). If you have a background in website builders and a strong understanding of SAAS products, this could be the ideal role for you.
Position Requirements:
✅ Experience and understanding of the website building field.
✅ Proven experience in customer service/sales.
✅ Excellent communication, analytical, listening, and organizational skills.
✅ Exceptional customer service skills with a strong commitment to helping customers.
✅ Outstanding time management skills and attention to detail.
✅ Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented.
✅ Competency in web browser environments.
✅ Creative thinker, independent worker, and problem solver.
✅ Prior sales experience is a must.
✅ Native or fluent speaker in French.
