As an SEO lead, you will be part of a world-class marketing team, and be in charge of maximizing Bazaart’s organic search visibility on the web. This hands-on role requires a blend of technical SEO expertise, programmatic SEO, AI-driven SEO, content creation, and collaborative skills. What you'll do

• Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic
• Conduct detailed website audits and perform ongoing optimization, including structural adjustments, to ensure the site is search-engine friendly
• Lead the creation and organization of SEO-driven content, such as templates, tutorials, and blog posts across various formats, including text, images, and videos. Ensure all materials are optimized for target keywords and user intent
• Regularly track and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics software. Make data-driven decisions to refine SEO strategies and report on ROI
• Work closely with web developers, designers, and content team to ensure that all digital content is SEO optimized and aligns with company goals
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and algorithm updates. Implement best practices and continuously educate the team on new SEO techniques and tools, such as AI-driven SEO

You'll love this role if you have

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an SEO lead or similar role with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
• Experience with SEO practices, content management, keyword research, and analytics tools
• Strong ability to produce and optimize content across various forms, including writing skills and basic knowledge of image and video editing
• Excellent analytical skills to track and optimize performance
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, capable of working effectively across different teams
• A proactive approach and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commitment to ownership and to quickly following up on issues
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously 
• Desire to work in a dynamic startup environment and grow within the company
