About the role:

We offer you an opportunity to lead and manage a major team involved in significant technological projects in Cal.

• Professional and personal management of a development team of 12 employees
• Responsibility for maintenance and development of services in the corporate middleware system, Open Api platform and JAVA-based services layer
• Leading the development of transversal tasks in the Agile methodology, including writing technical specifications
• Responsibility for developing interfaces within and outside the organization, including with business partners
• Technological projects management in the responsibility areas of the team
• Responsibility for cooperation products on time and quality
• Managing a challenging work plan and prioritizing tasks
• Examining and implementing modern systems and technologies according to the organization's needs

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in managing development teams
• Previous experience in managing an integration team - a significant advantage
• 2+ years of experience in JAVA development
• Experience in the Open API worlds - a significant advantage
• Experience in SOA / ESB micro services architecture - a significant advantage
• 2+ years of experience in development on a leading middleware platform - an advantage
• Experience working with SQL Server, Oracle databases
• Knowledge of one of the following technologies: Linux, Jenkins, ETL, KAFKA, MQ, Splunk - an advantage
• Systemic vision, initiative, innovation, and ability to design solution architectures
• Interpersonal skills to motivate employees and manage complex interfaces
• 24/7 availability to support releases and production malfunctions
