Job Description:
-Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and tactics to drive pain products revenue growth and market share expansion.
-Manage orology product launch, including coordinating activities, and tracking performance metrics to ensure successful market entry.
Collaborate with cross functional teams including Sales, Medical, Market Access and Regulatory to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives.
-Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
-Lead the development of product messaging, positioning and branding initiatives to differentiate our products in the market.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, conferences and events.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes and competitive development to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

Recruitments:
-B.Sc. - life sciences / biology – mandatory, MBA –preferred
-experience as Brand manager / Product manager
-Experience in the pharmaceutical marketing; Experience in pain & orology products in particular - a significant advantage
-Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment with a high degree of flexibility work under pressure in a dynamic and changing environment
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision making
Self-motivated and results oriented with a proactive and innovative mindset.
