Technical Back office Intern / student part time position

We're looking for a curious and super responsible student Intern to join our awesome Creative team for a technical back office and part time position. In this position you will be working on back office tasks to help the design department's efforts reflect in our product:

1- Project management of product releases:

• Act as the central point for gathering all updates related to product releases
• Upload changes and document them
• Manage our knowledge base for releases
• Activate new changes in the production areas of the product
  
  

2- Tag mastering:

• Own the tagging system for all Powtoon's graphic assets and templates
• Utilize English AI tools to generate keywords
  
  

This is a part time paid position that requires 2 or 3 working days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) from our beautiful offices in Tel Aviv (Ha'arbaa street).

This can be a great opportunity to understand how a startup company works, be part of various departments, and take part in software production from a non developing aspect.

Requirements

• Proficient in English (spoken and written) - Must
• Basic knowledge in adobe suite (animate, illustrator, photoshop)
• Super visual detail oriented
• Technical background and skills
• An ability and motivation to take ownership on a task that can be repetitive
• Availability for 2 or 3 working days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) from our offices in Tel Aviv
• Super responsible individual that can take ownership on a project.
