Lead Resilience Pre-Sales - Director

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel (with occasional travel) 

Responsibilities:

• Lead Resilience Pre-Sales activities, including providing technical expertise and support to the sales team and engaging with potential customers to understand their requirements and demonstrate the value of our solutions.

• Lead the strategy and execution for resilience assurance products (AvailabilityGuard +).

• Oversee product development, deployment, and lifecycle management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, sales, marketing) to ensure product alignment with business goals.

• Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and competitive differentiation within the resilience product line.

• Engage with key customers and stakeholders to understand needs and ensure product satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Strong pre-sales experience, including technical sales support and customer engagement.

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the tech industry, preferably related to resilience assurance, virtualization, systems management or storage.

• Strong background in disaster recovery, service availability, and related technologies.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

• Ability to stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

• Experience in product strategy and market positioning is a plus.
