Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product UI/UX Designer to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

As a UX/UI Designer, you will:

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring they are intuitive and visually appealing.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design ideas and illustrate design concepts and interactions.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Maintain and update design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products.
• Lead the design process to ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience.
• Develop and execute a user experience strategy aligned with business and product goals.

As an Product Manager, you will:

• Conduct user research and interviews to gather insights and understand user needs.
• Assist in the discovery and specification of new features and enhancements.
• Write user stories and specification documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the ideation process.
• Use product analytics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our products and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in design or a related field.
• +3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer, with a portfolio showcasing work on complex platforms and mobile apps.
• +2 years of experience as an Product Manager.
• Proficiency in Figma for designing, prototyping, and team collaboration.
• Up-to-date with industry knowledge and UX/UI best practices, including user research and a user-centered design approach.
• Proven teamwork capabilities and experience in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly.
• Deep understanding of user-centered and data-driven design methodologies.
• Excellent English presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in B2B SaaS product design/product management - advantage.
• Experience in the healthcare or hospital field - big plus.
