Bookkeeper & Payroll Accountant

Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Bookkeeper to join our dynamic financial team and help drive our global growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain comprehensive records of all financial transactions
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures, ensuring accurate recording of all costs (including cut-off, prepaid expenses, accruals, and reconciliations)
• Manage multiple bank accounts (both local and foreign), performing daily reconciliations and monthly controls
• Process journal entries and manage documentation for company credit card usage
• Monitor and report cash flow
• Oversee accounts payable, ensuring timely invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and supplier account reviews
• Handle payments and reporting to authorities with full accountability
• Manage all company fixed assets
• Review, approve, and record travel reports and employee reimbursements
• Assist with corporate audits and other financial reporting requirements as needed
  
  

• Certified Bookkeeper (Type/Level 3)
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a bookkeeper in high-tech companies
• Experience in bookkeeping for US entities is an advantage.
• Proficiency with NetSuite is highly desirable
• Advanced Excel skills are essential
• High-level proficiency in both written and spoken English is required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English are a must
• Service-oriented team player with keen attention to detail and thoroughness
• Self-motivated with excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
