What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our talented development teams and build new ones. As we aim for rapid growth, you will be responsible for recruiting developers, artists, game designers, and more, ensuring they form cohesive, high-performing teams.

You will also mentor the game producers and game designers, helping them manage projects effectively, choose market-appropriate ideas, and deliver on time.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and assemble development teams.
• Oversee the end-to-end process of building and launching top-chart games.
• Collaborate with game designers to shape game concepts.
• Drive the creation of new games and ensure timely delivery.
• Earn equity from the revenue share of the teams you build and manage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hyper-hybrid casual games sector.
• Proven skills in management and project management.
• Strong creative and open-minded approach.
• Ability to work part-time, with the passion to drive significant impact outside of regular business hours.
