Lead the Software Charge:

Responsibilities:

·       Lead the entire software engineering organization, establishing a culture of innovation and collaboration.

·       Oversee the development of robust libraries, tools, and frameworks.

·       Champion automation to simplify deployment, configuration, and management.

·       Foster a performance-driven environment, attracting and retaining top software talent.

·       Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architecture, hardware, product, and sales.

·       Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data processing and high-performance computing.

Qualifications:

·       10+ years of experience in software development, of which at least 5 years in leadership roles.

·       Proven track record of success in building and delivering high-performance software solutions.

·       Visionary thinking and strategic planning abilities, aligned with a passion for cutting-edge technology.

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

·       Extensive experience in software development within a hardware company, providing a unique perspective on integration and optimization.

·       In-depth understanding of computer architecture, enabling efficient utilization of hardware resources.

·       Expertise in algorithms and databases.

·       Proficiency with Spark.

·       Deep understanding of distributed systems.

·       Hands-on experience with embedded software design and programming, allowing for seamless integration of software and hardware components to maximize performance.
