FP&A Analyst & Cost Accountant | Hunter Douglas Israel | Hybrid (North/Center)

Hunter Douglas Israel, a leading innovator in window coverings, seeks a results-oriented FP&A Analyst & Cost Accountant to join our high-impact finance team. If you're a driven and analytical professional with 4-8 years of experience, a passion for financial analysis, a strong understanding financial reporting and accounting principles, this could be your perfect next step. Experience in cost accounting within manufacturing is a big plus!

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Ensure precise cost allocations: Manage complex Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) models for comprehensive financial reporting and analysis.
• Drive strategic pricing: Collaborate with the sales team to leverage detailed cost data for optimal product and project pricing.
• Continuously improve Models: Refine costing methodologies and pricing strategies to enhance accuracy and business performance.
• Develop financial models and KPIs: Track and improve operational efficiency through data-driven insights.
• Support the accounting and control team: Contribute to monthly closing and reporting processes for the global company and the financial planning process. 
• Develop and manage internal controls: Enhance financial reporting accuracy and tracking efficiency.

• Education & Certification:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation is a plus (an understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting is a must).

Experience:

• Experience and knowledge of cost-accounting in a manufacturing organization.
• Proven experience in accounting and financial reporting, including month-end close processes and preparation of financial statements.
• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and/or management consulting preferred.
• Experience in supporting pricing strategies and collaborating with the sales force team preferred.

Skills:

• Exceptional analytical abilities and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, financial software, power point and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Commitment to accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities in both Hebrew and English.
