Nanit is Looking for a Mobile Team Lead to Join Israel Team

Nanit is a Tel Aviv-based company that revolutionized the parenting market with innovative baby monitoring technology. As a Mobile Team Lead at Nanit, you will use your creativity, excellent problem-solving, and project management skills to guide a team of mobile developers (iOS and Android) to design, implement, test, and deploy mobile applications end to end.

You will be responsible for the team roadmap, team building, and execution of SW projects in the team..You will perform code reviews, evaluate implementations, and provide feedback. You will stay ahead of the curve of the constantly evolving development ecosystem.

You will work closely with product managers, QA, designers, and other engineering teams on complex and immersive projects.

If this sounds like you, you probably have:

• 2-3 years of experience managing a mobile team
• 5 years of hands-on experience with iOS or Android and a strong passion for software development
• 2-3 years of leading an agile team
• Experience in leading end-to-end projects from planning to delivery and production
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
• Leading a multi-disciplinary teams - an advantage
