Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Marketing Communications (MarComm) Manager located in Ra'anana. As a Marketing Communications (MarComm) Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing communications strategies and initiatives that effectively promote TROYA's products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing content, manage marketing campaigns, conduct market research, and coordinate public relations activities. The successful candidate will have strong communication and project management skills, along with a solid understanding of marketing principles and practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is a plus
• Proven experience in marketing communications or a similar role is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience with digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and content creation
• Knowledge of marketing analytics and data-driven decision making
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies
